Can I claim my girlfriend's son as a dependent?

They've lived with me all year and I have completely financially supported them throughout 2016. But the child's father has claimed him on his taxes, yet had seen him for less than 60 days in all of 2016.

If you meet the requirements below, you could potentially claim them as a dependent however since he has already claimed him on his taxes, you would have to prove to the IRS that he is your dependent. OR the child's father would have to file an amendment to remove his as a dependent.
