Can I claim my kid as a supporter parent if the mother already claims her on taxes?

No.  If your child has already been claimed as a dependent then no one else can claim the child.  If all of you live together then only one of you can claim her.  If you do not live together then the custodial parent (the one the child spent the most nights with in 2018) can claim the child.  IF the custodial parent signs a form 8332 for the other parent then that other parent can ONLY get the child tax credit--no other child-related credits.

And child support is not  entered on a tax return.

A dependent can only be claimed one time.  if the mother already claimed the child, you can NOT claim the child as dependent on your return.  If both of you claim the dependent, it will trigger an error on the last return filed.  If you had an agreement that allows you to claim the child, the mother will need to amend her return so you can file with the dependent.
