Can I claim my sister and her 2 children as dependents on my own taxes, even if she already filed joint taxes with her husband?

My sister and her 2 children moved into my home in April 2024 and still live with me. Her husband lives out of state and he is in the military.

    No, you can't claim someone as a dependent if they filed a tax return with their spouse.
