Can I claim the supporting expenses that I provide for my niece who lives outside the US?

You cannot claim "expenses"----are you asking if you can claim her as a dependent?   You do not say where "outside the U.S." she lives.

 

  • Is she a U.S. citizen, resident alien, national, or a Canadian or Mexican resident?
