I paid cash for the car and Credit card for the warranty can I deduct the tax on it ?

If you are not talking about a car for business purposes, then you can try to deduct the sales tax on the car and on the warranty as an Itemized Deduction.

In TurboTax, do a Search (upper right), enter "itemized deductions" without the double quotes), and jump to the result. Enter these taxes as state sales taxes.

Note that this amount may or may not be used depending on your state income tax paid, your filing status, and other itemized deductions.
