Can I download my 2019 tax return another way? Every time I try to download it, it says “failed”

We do not know what you are trying so not sure if what we tell you will be another way. Have you already filed your return? Or are you trying to print it in order to file by mail? if you are trying to file by mail you have to pay your TurboTax fees in order to print.
