Can i download turbo tax software after I paid for turbo tax online

Turbo tax online won't let me efile because it can't get past it's faulty review.  I'd like to try downloading the software to see if I can get past the error.  I have already paid for Turbo Tax online and I don't want to pay again.

    You should contact TurboTax support, they maybe able to give you the downloaded software since you already paid for the Online version.

      Since it would amount to getting another product I recommend you contact TurboTax Support the answer to this question.
