Can I download TurboTax Home & Business? I bought the CD last year and though updated, still asks 2019 questions. I can't file my 2019 taxes.

You need to Clarify when you bought H&B. 

And the years you are posting are confusing.

A 2019 software package will only do 2019 taxes...no other years.  The year on the software refers to the Tax Year that it will prepare.

2019 is the tax year we are working on NOW.  Updating 2019 software will always be 2019....the updates just add finalized forms ad fix a number of software bugs.

2020 software won't be available for purchase until ~Dec of 2020, and will be prepared and filed in early 2021.
