Can I e-file my return if claiming the credits for sick and family leave (form 7202)?

Because the IRS has not finalized the form 7202 and instructions.

The form is estimated to be available on 01/28/2021 (subject to change)

No, Form 7202 is listed as 'unsupported' for e-file, it means that it is not available for electronic filing through TurboTax.  In this case, you must print and mail your return.
