Question

Can I e-file now? I scheduled the payment through turbotax at a future date. Will I need to do anything else?

Yes, if your returns are done and completed you can e-file them now, and have the taxes owed taken out at a later date. Once you e-file and get confirmation that your returns have been accepted there is nothing else you need to do.
