Can I file if I don’t have any income but I have 5 children that I’m claiming on my taxes? How do I go about that? The only income I receive is child support

Without taxable income you have no reason to file an income tax return ... there are no refundable credits that you are eligible to get.

Sorry----all of the refundable child-related credits are based on having income from working.   If you did not work, then you are not eligible for child tax credit or earned income credit.   You can sign a form 8332 to allow the other parent to get the child tax credit so that it will not be lost.
