Can I file my 2018 taxes with my 2019 taxes?

No you cannot enter any 2018 tax data on a 2019 tax return.

The 2018 tax data can only be filed with a 2018 tax return.

If the 2018 return was already filed and accepted then amend the tax return.  See this TurboTax support FAQ for amending - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/amending/help/how-do-i-amend-a-return-in-turbotax/01/27579
