Yes.

 

But you should only file your returns if you have a filing requirement.  Returns that are filed when there is not a requirement could raise flags for fraud or identity theft that would result in delays in potentially getting a stimulus check.

Please note, you can use the online version of TurboTax to prepare your 2019 tax return.
