You can and should file any outstanding returns. You may have no consequesnces if you are due a refund, but if you owe, there will be penalties.

The worst consequence is that if you have taxes owed on the prior year return the IRS will send you a bill in the mail for penalties and interest after you pay the taxes.  If you have no taxes owed or have a tax refund there are no penalties for filing after the due data of the tax return.

To complete and file a 2022 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2022 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2022 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.
