Can i file tax as married if my spouse do not live here in US?

Yes, you will need to file married filing separately.  If your spouse does not have a SSN or an ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number), then you would complete your return in TurboTax and print your return.  You will not be able to e-file.

 

Once you print your return, enter "NRA" in the space where your spouse's SSN would be.  If you cannot print your return without a SSN for your spouses, you can enter a "dummy" SSN  305-44-0001.  Once your return is printed, "white-out" the dummy SSN and write in the space "NRA".
