Question

Can I file taxes on behalf of my parents using my account or is it possible to set up a separate account?

I have my own account and will be filing my parents' taxes for them this year. What is the best way to do this since they have always done their returns manually via mail?

If you are using TurboTax Online, you need to set up a separate account for their return.  Otherwise your information will be overwritten.  

 

You can use the same email address, but there needs to be a new user name for their information.
