Yes you can file your own tax return if you live with your parents.  You do not say how old you are, whether you are a full-time student, or how much your income was, so it's hard for us to give you specific advice.

 

If your parents claimed you as a dependent on their tax return, then you can still file your own return to seek a tax refund (or to pay tax if you owe).  When you are asked in My Info if you can be claimed as someone else's dependent, you say YES.
