Can I fill out form 2210 manually within turbotax?

Turbotax fills out the form but the quarterly extimate doesn't add up to the witholding total because my total does not divide evenly by 4 and decimal points cannot be used.

Desktop TurboTax has forms mode, but Online TurboTax does not. Are you using Online TurboTax and asking how to get to the Form 2210 interview? If so, see if this is what you want:

With your return interview open, go to the left menu column and click on TAX TOOLS, then subtab TOOLS.
In the Tools Center screen choose blue button TOPIC SEARCH.
In the topic search line enter Form 2210 without quotes.
Make the selection in the list and either double-click it or click GO.
