Can I fill out IRS form 8615 for my custodial account since I am the grandparent, not the parent?

The form asks for parents info, not grandparent. I am the custodian.

    The instructions for Form 8615 say either the parent or guardian is responsible for filing Form 8615 along with their tax return to report and calculate the tax liability on the child's investment income.
