I started working with this restaurant company when i was 17 now i’m 20. for the first year i worked with them i got my federal taxes withheld so i received a tax return.  but the past two i haven’t. i don’t remember even getting a w4 from them and they’re saying i didn’t fill it out or that it’s how i filled it out. i think this is crazy because other people that i work with got the w4 and have tax returns. is there anything i can do or is this a mess up on my part for not noticing?

Yes, you can simply fill one out and give them a W4 form.  In the meantime, if you are unable to pay your taxes in full, you should still file by April 15th, but you can apply for a payment plan from the IRS.  When you get to the end of TurboTax, prior to hitting file, it will give you the option to apply.
