Can I fix the slight snag I got when I tried to file?

Did it give any other message when it failed to submit the efile?  

I suggest to log out and back in again and then take the return through Review on the left menu bar, to see if there are any items marked that need attention. 
If so, they will pop up with fields to edit at the top of the page and pictures of forms on the bottom for reference. 

Then try to submit the efile again. It it does not go through, please let us know if you are using TurboTax Online or Desktop/Download and any error messages so we may better assist.
