Can I get a call back from an agent I payed for support . You messed up my taxes costing me thousands of dollars

I am tired of the bull**bleep** I need a agent on the phone asap you screwed up my taxes costing me thousands of dollars .I'm fixing to call new York and hire a lawyer .if someone does not call me back soon .[phone number removed]
