Can I get a copy of mine and my husband's tax papers but I don't have our log in info where we are seperated now and he was the one that filed them this year?

No one else has access to your account or tax returns. In order to access the account that was used to prepare your return you need to know the account and user ID. If your spouse will not share that information with you, then you can try getting a transcript of the return from the IRS, or for a fee of $50, an actual copy.
