Can I get a refund on my text live assistance that I paid for even if I already filed. I did not use the features. The ai chat bot was also useless and not interactive

I spoke to one person for like 10 minutes and they basically just told me to go through it and that it was straightforward to file. They weren’t really too helpful and I didn’t schedule anything else after that and the AI chat bought it made it seem like it was interactive you can ask questions based off what’s on your screen And it was very unhelpful and couldn’t answer any unique questions about your situation. I thought what I was paying for was having a real person to chat with on hand at all times while you fill it out, but that’s not what it was and I paid for it and I would like to get refunded
