Can I get any answers about my refund I filed by Mail Febuary 10th and I e- filed March 17th?

TurboTax does not get any information about refund status. You must check the status yourself using the IRS refund tracking web site: https://www.irs.gov/refunds

 

Did you mail and e-file?  If you did, that will slow your return because two returns were filed for the same social security number.
