Can I get earned income for head of household and for paying out of pocket for my pain medicine that America group would not cover plusmy copayment for my over medication

No, if I understand your question correctly:

 

  • Head of household is a filing status, not income.  It allows a larger standard deduction than the single status.
    • For single taxpayers the standard deduction is $12,950 in 2022.
    • For heads of households, the standard deduction is $19,400.
  • Making medical payments are also not included as income.
    • They may be added to itemized deductions.
    • It the itemized deductions exceed the standard deduction stated above, TurboTax will use the larger deduction.
  • However, none of the above-mentioned items can be considered income.
