Since you said "app", I'll assume you mean the TurboTax Mobile App (on your phone or mobile device).  I don't have the Mobile App, but here a couple of things you might try.

 

I think the Mobile App has a virtual assistant.   Is there a question mark icon at the top?   (Note:  Do NOT click on Live Tax Advice, or you'll have an expensive upgrade.)

 

Click the question mark and is there a place to ask a question?  If so, enter 1095-A without quotes and see if it gives you a link to get to it.  If not, then try Where do I enter 1095-A?  without quotes.

 

Or try this direct navigation method:

  • With your return open, open the menu (in the App, menu icon is in upper left corner)
  • Then click on Federal.
  • Then click on Deductions & Credits.
  • Scroll down to topic Medical.
  • Click on Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A.)
