Yes, you can request the check refund to be mailed to someone else by either putting that address on your tax return ( the address is used for refund and correspondence, you don't have to enter the address where you live) OR - if your return has been already submitted and accepted - by changing your address with the IRS directly (you can't change it with TurboTax at this point).
