Can I have help in making the additional state purchase ? When it comes to payment info, I changed the credit card info and it won't allow me to continue.

    If the billing address on the credit card does not match the mailing address on the tax return, this can cause a problem.

    Using the TurboTax online editions go back to My Info on the left side of the online program screen and Edit the Mailing Address to be the same as the billing address on the credit card.  Then return to the File section of the program to enter the credit card information.  Once the payment has been made return to My Info and change the Mailing Address back to the original address.
