Form 4684, Casualty Loss and Theft Worksheet requires identification on individual items lost. Is there a way to import Form specific data I have in an spreadsheet: for each item lost: description, date of acquisition, basis, insurance reimbursement amount, FMV below loss, FMV after loss?
Perhaps another Champ, Expert, user, et al, will answer here but I don't believe what you propose would be possible.
Rather, you would have to print and mail your return with a printout of the spreadsheet attached.
