This is my first year that I was given a 1099. I have a W2 as a teacher so I just take the standard deduction- but now I also have a 1099 and quite a few deductions that come with those 1099 2 consulting paychecks. HELP! Can i do all this on the delux version of turbo tax ?

I presume you received a 1099-MISC for your non-W-2 income.  You must report your W-2 income plus your 1099-Misc income.  1099-MISC income is reported as Self Employed Income on Schedule C, which also allows you to deduct business related expenses.  All of this is explained a bit more at
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/tax-tips/General-Tax-Tips/How-to-File-Taxes-with-IRS-Form-1099-MISC/INF19989.html

I use Turbotax Deluxe, and it allows entry of basic info for 1099-MISC and Schedule C business expenses, and self-employment taxes.  It worked fine for several 1099-MISCs and basic expenses.

As I understand it, Turbotax Self Employed package is more high powered and for the people who regularly run their own business.  I have never used this software package.

You may be able to find more info or start a trial use of the Deluxe package at the Turbotax sales site or https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/?srqs=null&cid=ppc_gg_b_stan_all_na_TurboTax_ty16-bu2-sb5&srid=COG1_62eh9MCFQGxgQod1TgMPg&targetid=kwd-26897251&skw=turbotax&adid=171858349409&ven=gg&gclid=COG1_62eh9MCFQGxgQod1TgMPg&gclsrc=ds
