You can set up an installment plan in TurboTax when you file or you can do it on the IRS website.

 

In the File section, TurboTax will ask you how you want to file your taxes. Choose Make a partial payment and/or set up an installment plan.

 

To set up a plan online with the IRS go to Apply Online for a Payment Plan.
