Can I printed my completed state tax forms because the state would not accept them electronically here in Illinois. How do I try to submit them electronically again?

I tried to submit my state taxes back in January and they were rejected. How do I try to submit again after I told turbo tax I was going to mail them?

Go to your account,
click on add a state, this will let you back into your program.
Then go to FILE option and
select to e-file your state return.
