Can I received a copy of my TuboTax Business 2022 filings.

Hello TurboTax Expert -

How can I get some help confirming my usage of TurboTax Business 2022 software to file my taxes?

I purchased TurboTax software from ThePCStore in July 2023, however they never provided me with the activation code.

I ultimately bought the software directly from Intuit TurboTax.

ThePCStore is claiming that I used their version of the software to file my business tax for 2022 and that TurboTax confirmed I did use it.

Can someone please help me with this?

Not sure what your question is. If you used the Business program (or any personal Desktop programs) the only copy of your returns are on that computer and not saved or stored online even if you efiled.

Are you trying to get a refund for one of the programs you bought? The PCStore can't know how, when or if you filed a return or from which program.

The PC Store shared the chat below claiming that I used their software to file my returns. I am trying to confirm how that is possible since I didn't have the activation code to even use it in August.

Apparently DaveF is an employee who confirmed this and I would like more information about how he came up with this information.
