I still have a penalty on my return and if I search forms I can see the form; however, I cannot see the form on the list of forms and I would like to have access to the form for my records.

No, you would not be able to recover Form 2210, Underpayment of Estimated Tax by Individuals, Estates and Trustsbut you would be able to generate it again by going back to that section of the program. Go to:

1.  Sign into your account and select Take me to my return

2.  Select tab from the top, Federal Taxes / Other Tax Situations

3.  Scroll down to Additional Tax Payment, select Underpayment Penalties and Start
