Yes, you can have the refund mailed as a check to the address on your tax return.

In the File section of the program on Step 2 you will see the options on how to receive a tax refund if you are using the Online editions.

Using the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions in the File section of the program will be options on how to receive the refund.
