Can i request a refund for the services that i was charged for? did not pay for the services last year, not sure why i was charged this year.

You are posting your question from online Premier---which is not free.  If you entered some investment income or rental income, for instance,  then that required the use of Premier.   

 

Did you already e-file?    You are unlikely to get a refund for a product you used --- but you can have that discussion with customer support.

Customer support is available from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time Monday-Saturday.

 

 

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
