Can I see a formatted return before filing if I am not using full service online edition?

Before filing,  You can preview the 1040 or print the whole return

Yes.  To preview your return before filing, and after you've paid, per:  Can I print a copy of my return in TurboTax Online before I file it?:

1. "Open or continue your return
2. Enter your return by selecting Continue or Start on Tax Home.
3. Select Tax Tools from the menu, then Print Center (on mobile devices, tap in the upper left corner to expand the menu).
4. Select Print, save, or preview this year's return, and follow any additional instructions.
   Once your PDF opens in Adobe Acrobat Reader, select the printer icon.
5. Make any adjustments in the Print window and then select Print."
