If you want to ask TurboTax about why the continuous delays in processing your tax return, no one at TurboTax can help you. TurboTax gets no information about tax returns after efiles are transmitted and accepted or rejected by the IRS. 

 

Since it has been so long, you can get help from the Taxpayer Advocate Service. Here is how to contact them: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p1546.pdf
