I'll tell you how to reach TurboTax Support below.   You can also explain your situation in this forum, if you wish, and you may get comments here that could be helpful.  But don't post any personal information in this public forum.  

In regard to this 2023 return you filed last year, in your online TurboTax account does it say the 2023 efiled return was rejected?    If so, does it give any reason; i.e., a rejection error code/message?   You won't be able to efile the 2023 return at this point in time.  It has to be printed, signed, dated, and postal mailed.   It's recommended to mail it with a method that has tracking.

Depending on what the rejection reason was, it may or may not have something that needs to be corrected before you mail it.
