can I split my Federal payment into credit card and debit card? partial paid by cc (extra fee) and the rest by checking account?

    Multiple payment methods are not allowed in tax software, but you can use different payment methods when you pay IRS directly. When you are ready to file, respond in TurboTax that you are paying by check so that it doesn't ask for your payment information for the full balance.
