Question

Can I start my 2020 return now? It is showing my 2019 retyrn but I would like to start 2020.

The TurboTax online editions for tax year 2020 should be available on or about December 8 (subject to change)

Online TT for 2020 returns is not yet open.  Check back in a few days.  Desktop (CD/dow load) is available for 2020 already.

If you qualify  AND   if you wait until mid January  THEN you can use one of  the IRS FREE FILE options to file a fed & state return for free ... but you must be patient.    https://www.irs.gov/filing/free-file-do-your-federal-taxes-for-free
