Can i still claim my fiance if she made to little money to claim herself but DOR says they want to take her taxes. If I am financially responsible, am I not entitled too?

No, if you claim her as a dependent-- the DOR cannot take your refund to pay her debts. They are only allowed if you are married filing jointly. (and you can still file Injured Spouse to protect your refund)
