Are you saying that the number you originally used for your AGI was incorrect and you now have the correct number?

I downloaded and printed but never mailed.
May I still follow the directions you just gave me?

I tried to change the way I filed but it wouldn’t let me at first attempt to do so.

Okay, if you indicated in TurboTax that you were going to file by mail, there are a couple of additional steps you need to take before following the directions below: https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/4655357-can-i-file-electronically?jump_to=similar-questions

Yes, you can e-file again now that you have the correct 2017 AGI amount.

Please follow these instructions to correct your 2017 AGI in TurboTax:

 • Login to your TurboTax Account
 • Click "Take Me To My Return"
 • Click "File" from the left side of your screen
 • Go to Step 3 (if needed, revisit Steps 1 and/or 2 to activate Step 3).
 • Proceed, and make sure you've selected the option "I want to E-file"
 • Continue through the screens and you will be given the opportunity to input your 2017 AGI
 • Keep walking through the steps until you have re-transmitted your return

Please comment below if you need further assistance to fix your return.
