Can I successfully download a purchased TurboTax product (for Win/Mac) to my iPad?
I followed the instructions to download the product, but it won’t launch when I try to open it.
Sorry---you cannot use the desktop download on an iPad. Desktop software can only be used on a full PC or Mac, not on any kind of mobile device. If you only have an iPad you will need to use online software instead. You cannot pay for online with the license code, so you will need to seek a refund for the desktop download.
