Unfortunately, no. You have to either use Clear and Start over or create a new account and User ID. And you don't want to do that if you have any tax history in your account
If you are a new user, creating a new account will work and not cause you any grief later. But, if you have previous year's tax return in your account, creating a new account is not a good idea.
