How can I delete the 1095-a form?

Yes, you can delete your Form 1095-A as follows:

Go to "Deductions & Credits" on your TurboTax bar. And select "I'll Choose What to Work On".

Scroll down to "Medical" and select "Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A)"

And then select "delete" next to your Policy Number to delete this form.
