No - If you mean, uploading a PDF file as an attachment to a return.  In general TurboTax does not support the attachment of PDF files to a return.  [The exception being the WI renters credit.]

 

TurboTax does offer the My Docs service, which lets you store up to 5 GB of important documents, such as scanned receipts, payment confirmations, tax forms — whatever you would otherwise keep in a shoebox or filing cabinet.  For more information, please see these TurboTax Help articles:
