Can I use $0.00 for a previous year's AGI when entering monies received from SSA for a previous year if I did not earn any wages in that year?

Yes you can use $0 as your 2017 AGI if you did not file a tax return for 2017. If your only income is social security benefits, you are not required to file a tax return.
