Yes! Depending the Tax year you need help with will depend on the help we can provide.
If you require Tax Advise on a Tax return from 2015 or newer, you can contact us and have a Credentialed Expert advise you. This is only applicable if you used TurboTax Deluxe or a higher version or if you used the Federal Free Edition with the plus bundle(2016 only).
If you require Product support or Tax support on a Tax return from 2014 or newer, you can contact us and have a TurboTax Expert assist you with the Return/Product.
